On-job Training Opportunities
Myanmar OCC provides on-the-job training opportunities to help young people and newcomers prepare for a professional working environment.
On-the-job training, or OJT, is a practical learning process where trainees observe, learn, and practice real work under the guidance of experienced senior members. Through OJT, trainees can understand actual business workflows, technical practices, communication methods, and workplace responsibilities before taking on assigned tasks independently.
At Myanmar OCC, we provide internship and training opportunities to support the future career development of Myanmar youth. During the internship period, trainees can learn how Myanmar OCC, as a Japanese company, operates its business and development processes.
Our training program includes Japanese business manners, security awareness, technical fundamentals, remote development practices, Git basics, GitHub workflow, presentation skills, and workplace communication.
Through this experience, we aim to help young people gain practical knowledge, professional discipline, and technical confidence that can support their future careers in the IT industry.
